Glam up & Give was a global social media event to raise money for charities around the world dealing with the fallout from the coronavirus pandemic. The idea involved asking people in lockdown to share a glammed-up selfie on social media and donate to a local network of ten charities.

Working with fundraising innovation agency Flying Cars, I consulted on the creative strategy and wrote all the copy and messaging guidelines for the campaign, which involved more than 200 charities in 20 countries.

In terms of the number of charities involved, Glam Up & Give was the single biggest global fundraising response to Covid-19.

Glam Up And Give social media campaign images featuring people of all ages making heart shapes with their hands. Headline reads Dress up. Share the love. Support vulnerable people.
