The Rimba Collective is a new collaboration of leading global actors in the palm oil industry, dedicated to creating a more sustainable way to finance forest conservation. I worked with parent company Lestari Capital, based in Indonesia, and design agency Narrative to develop their brand. I conducted desk research, stakeholder interviews and market analysis before creating a brand model, detailed messaging toolkit, video concept and script, and copy for their website and various marketing collateral.

Live and operational since 2022, the Rimba Collective will have protected or restored more than 200,000 hectares of forest in Indonesia and Malaysia by the end of 2023.
