Charity Bank Brand Storytelling, Tone and Messaging

I developed a set of brand stories, a messaging toolkit and a tone-of-voice guide for Charity Bank. I began with a discovery phase, including competitor and audience analysis and senior stakeholder interviews. I then designed and facilitated a brand storytelling workshop, where we explored different character roles and themes for the brand. Finally, I worked with the client to draft a range of options for the brand story before creating a full messaging toolkit and tone-of-voice guide.
